. . . the apparently innocent flight crew of the jet when he blew it up? Did he have inside info that the pilot and crew were as dirty as the two criminals they were ferrying out of the country? Shouldn't he have been hauled into court on MULTIPLE MURDER CHARGES?

Exactly. Taking charge of a copter and pilot to chase the jet down would have been more believable.

"If Mad Max Fury Road is an 8 (I gave it a 1). Then I'll use 8 for OK, 9 is better, 10 is best."
