Whenever this movie is on, it reminds me of a friend that saw this movie when it was first run in the theaters. While watching with her husband, the movie started and about 15 mins in when David's character is first shown, a kid in the row ahead of her turned to another and said fairly loud, "See that guy? He's Jesus!"

Well, I think of that now and laugh hysterically because I was one of most people who didn't realize who David was until he was stabbed by Abby *much* farther along in the movie. When it finally dawned on me that David was Jesus, I was astounded that I hadn't figured it out beforehand, but recognized it as a twist in the movie.

It makes me wonder how many times someone has ruined a movie, early in the movie, at a theater. Any stories?

It wasn't exactly during the movie but the day before going to the theatre to watch The Sixth Sense a friend told me Bruce Willis' character was dead.
I was sooo pissed! I guess that's why i never thought of it as being as amazing a movie as most people thought the first time they saw it... I know I would have loved the twist had I not known it in advance though!

LOL! My husband ruined The Sixth Sense for the entire theater. He figured it out immediately. He yelled in the first five minutes, HE'S DEAD! HE'S F UCKING DEAD!
