Demi Moore was not pregnant!

I read through the user comment/reviews and I repeatedly saw people talking about how Demi was actually pregnant. If you look at IMDB's own FAQ on the movie it states: "No, Demi was not pregnant during the filming of The Seventh Sign. The movie was filmed in 1987, and Demi gave birth to her first child, Rumer, on August 16, 1988. She became pregnant with Rumer after the movie was in post-production. The nude scene in which she is getting into a bathtub was done with the help of a prosthetic. In an interview made after the movie release, Canadian host Brian Linehan asked Demi if her instincts were real, considering that she wasn't pregnant during the shoot of the movie. Demi replied she tried to get inside Abby and to understand where a woman like her would come from, given the aspects Abby was faced with."

Demi herself has stated in interveiws that this film represented her pregnancy with daughter Rumer, since she was newly pregnant with her first child during the latter part of filming. Yes, she used a prostethic during filming, since she was not nearly as far along in her pregnancy as her character was. Demi wasn't showing during filming, but yes, she was pregant with Rumer here, at least during some of the final-shot scenes, because she has said so herself. (for the record, she has also said that her film, "The Butcher's Wife" is the film that represents her second pregnancy, with daughter Scout.)

I have a question.... WHO CARES??? People get so INVOLVED in stars' lives. They are PEOPLE just like you and me. They eat, they sleep...they do all the same things everyone else in the world does - except - they make LOTS of money off of the rest of the world getting way overpaid for a career that 100 years ago was looked down upon. I just can't believe people who have to work for a living get so wrapped up in how some actor is wearing their hair or the dress they had on or what kind of dog they have....

There is no such thing as "overpaid" in my opinion, because people are paid whatever the market dictates. If an actor or actress makes a lot of hit films, they become in demand, and are offered lots of money to appear in a studio's film, which the studio hope to get back, plus some, if the movie grosses big-time.

If you feel that someone is "overpaid" then that is your opinion. Obviously, a lot of people disagree with you, since they are prepared to pay their hard-earned on that actor's movies.

An actor or actress is only worth what other people say they are worth. If they make a lot of flop films, they get less, or are not picked for movies as often.
