If you have Netflix it is available to rent there AND is available to Watch Instantly!
This is how I saw it, I always enjoyed a good Foreign film and it was on the suggested list to me. I am quite into that fantasy/surreal style so I watched it on my computer before renting it.
Depending on the plan you have/sign up for watching films on the computer is free. Mine is getting two DVDS at a time via mail and so all computer movies I watch are not charged as extra.
