Baptist Church in Mississippi Blocks Black Marriage

This is 2012, and "good Christians" have forbid a black couple of the same denomination, Baptist, from getting married in their all white church because it would be "inappropriate". Is there anyone with even half a brain in the state of Mississippi? Does the stupidity and racism come from all the in breeding? It truly must be the worst state in the nation. It ought to just sink into the earth and disappear.

Ever notice almost every movie ever made in or set in Mississippi is always about racism?

I live in Alaska and the pastor of my little church is from Columbus, Mississippi.
Very good, kind, southern gentleman and many folks from his old Southern Baptist Church that are missionaries came up to Alaska. Perfectly nice people and well-bread. Only problem: they all talk, think, and act the same! The south is just too close-minded for me, even with the good folks!
