Does this fall into the 'other' terror villans

When you got your evil terror villains you have Freddy, Jason, Michael. Then after that if Halloween and Friday aren't there you turn to the leprechaun or sleep away camp movies. Do you think this movie falls into that B list slasher flicks or not?

This has all the markings of B movie slasher and then some. It's not as bad as some offers out there...

It definitely falls into the B-List slasher flick category. It's not very well known. Has a bit of a cult following. Truly a fun movie. The sequels are too.
