These two movies are amazing, they both have powerful nostalgia. Littlefoot and Chanticleer were my favorite characters as a kid, though I must say that some of Rock A Doodle scared the hell out of me...I don't know what it was, maybe the whole aqueduct pipe deal or the demonic singing owls, plus Edmond looked like an ugly cat/human thing which was a little disturbing. It's kind of weird that TLBT didn't scare me, because Sharptooth is one mean eating machine.

I never understood the hate for Rock A Doodle, sure it was cheesy and the cat was annoying but it was still a nice family film and the villain was great. There are far worse animated films out there.

Not sure what to think of The Land Before Time, but I dislike Rock-a-Doodle. It was, so boring.

An American Tail is far better than that piece of crap.
