Who thought there was a character called "Sarah" in this film when I was a kid?

Just wondering.

Has it been a while since you've seen it? The three-horn's name is Cera (pronounced the same as Sarah).

Like the person above said, one of the dinosaurs is called Cera just not spelt the common way. How did you not catch that?

In brazillian portuguese Cera's name was changed to Sara.
