trying to identify a certain JtR movie...please help

I saw a Jack the Ripper movie on TV a long time ago when I was younger and I'm trying to find that one. Is this the one where the guy has a vision of two wagon wheels coming together and then a weird face forms in the middle? That's the one I'm trying to find because it scared me a lot. Thanks for any help you can provide.

its this one that you're on the board for. This version scared me as well when i first saw it as a kid several years ago.

Thanks, you were right, this is the one. I'm very happy to have found it because I think it is the best JtR movie ever made.
