Can someone please clarify. Is the above the full, uncut version? I own the Dragon special edition release it states a running time of 85mins, apparently there is yet another version which clocks in at 88mins.

The Dragon DVD is uncut - the 85-minute running time is due to PAL speed-up.
sharePAL plays 4% faster than NTSC; it's not something you notice when watching it, but the overall runtime is shorter. I have some European and Australian DVDs that are like 2-3 minutes shorter, but are fully uncut.
