Nunchaku scene

okay my brother has got the R1 dvd of this top notch film and we compared with the region 2 uk version their is no difference. I say this because on my brothers old VHS cover their is a scene with kung Fu Joe when he is surrounded byt the law and then pulls out some nunchucks on the cops and probably does a little bit of fighting with them. This fits just after he takes his jacket off and starts laughing as the cops. because the next second even before he finnish'slaughing the frame jumps to where the cops open fire. I was just wondering if anybody has a tv version with this in or knows where this scene can be found/downlaoded as i really want it.
