This whole mess just because you wanted to go back to hell to save your father. By the way, you completed failed at that. Also, maybe your father was in hell for a reason (note* if someone goes to hell, forget about them). It was revealed by his attempt to have sex with you, that he did in fact deserve to be in hell. At that point you set his little spot of hell on fire. So not only did you not save him, you actually made living in hell even worse for him. Way to go daughter!

When you and Tiffany escaped hell, did you happen to notice the thousands upon thousands of screaming weird lights also escaping hell? I can only imagine that those were evil souls trapped in hell (where they should be). But thanks to you, now Earth has to deal with them.

You might argue that you never actually opened the gates to hell, and it was the doctor (to be even more technical, Tiffany hands instructed by the doctor's desire). That is true, but you didn't have to run into hell just because a door opened. Had you not gone in, the doctor would have simply become a Cenobite and hell would have had another guardian. I'm sure the door would have closed shortly after and nothing would have escaped. Also, the Earth would have been rid of one mean doctor.

Holy crap, how embarrasing. The fact that Frank was her uncle really does change things.

I really didn't pay attention. In my defense, I watched this in my lab at work while running software tests. Naturally, I had the volume pretty low too.

Although one thing is still missing (and maybe it was addressed in the movie). Why is her father trapped in the labyrinth or "hell" in the first place?

He wasn't trapped in hell, it was Frank who called for Kristy to lure her into hell.

I thought it was comical almost when the wall opens and she just goes in. I mean I am sure she was worried about her dad but she just runs in there as if she is running out her front door into the yard. No trepidation or nervous hesitation.

The scary clown doll is hiding under my bed.

No one "deserves" to be in the labyrinth. This isn't some pseudo-Christain glorified prison, the Labyrinth is a dimension of suffering, pleasure, paina nd sensation. The lights at the end were souls escpaing yeah, souls that ahve been tormented and suffered at the cenobites and who are now free. Like kirsty and Tiffany whow ere both almost trapped by the Cenobites. The cenobites world has nothing to do with bad people being punished.

Here's the deal about Larry. Larry was never in Leviathan's Hell. Frank and Julia murdered him and his soul went to wherever normally dead people go in the Hellraiser universe.

Only people who open the Box are dragged to Hell. Kirsty only thought Larry was in Hell because Frank sent her his trap of a message. When Pinhead said Larry was quite unreachable, he was telling the truth. Obviously, Kirsty can walk into any one of the rooms in Hell. She just won't find Larry because he's not there. Her character arc in the film is about coming to terms with the fact that she will never see her daddy again.
