Just got the uncut version...

Oh my god. I liked the movie already but the unedited version fixes almost every problem with it. The pacing is a lot better, the gore is a lot gorier and the movie overall is a lot more effective. I'm like in such a good mood right now. THis might be my favorite horror movie now.

where can I buy this?

You probably already have it. It was only edited for theaters and one VHS run, so if you own it on DVD or Blu-ray you have the uncut version. If you want to check it should say Not Rated on the back, he's not talking about a lost footage edition that the studio hasn't put back in if that's what you're thinking. If you don't have it on DVD Anchor Bay's put out a standard and new special edition, and I think Image owns the home video rights at the moment.

Date. Mate. Re-Animate.

I barely remember seeing these back when I was 13-14 (was more of a FREDDY fan back then anyway)....

Just rewatched Hellraiser 1 & 2...I gotta tell ya, part 2 (uncut version) really went all out with the gore and disturbing images. Kudos to the filmmakers for making such a ballsy, disturbing film! I think I'm skipping lunch today. lol.
