When the sheriff's daughter is lamenting that there's no MTV with the power out to the cop. Yeah, I'm sure the cop was just real bummed at the thought of no MTV during this crisis lmao

The part that cracks me up is when Mr. Carruthers gets his tie in his coffee, and looks at his wife like it's her fault, and then continues to glare at her as he goes into the laundry room to get another one.
