I'm not going to bash it...

however i am not going to praise it either. i mean it was funny (at times) but the one thing i didn't like was how it went away from the writing of the childrens books all of the sudden. after that this movie went downhill fast in my opinion. i mean what was with the town meeting and paying off the towsfolk to act all small townish?? didn't they buy the house and fall in love with it in the first place? how come they couldn't just invite prospective home buyers out to there house like normal people? i mean i actually think they made it worse to have all the townsfolk act like that. i would have freaked out and been out of there so fast if that happened to me...
