Has the best laugh I have ever heard.

The mailman cracked me up! Especially when he finally stopped & met the prospective buyers.

"Though I'd hate to see the Farmers go... HEH! HEH! HEH!!!"

If I were in the process of buying that house, that scene with the mailman would have been a major red flag right there. :)

He has a really manic laugh. I didn't catch the mailman's name in the movie but in the novel he is known as Crum Petree.
