Yes, yes, I know, then we wouldn't have a movie, but can you think of any other reason, in the context of the story, they might not have used this approach? At first, I thought maybe they believed other foreign agents intentionally stole their suitcase, leading them to proceed with caution, but then why would agents leave a decoy suitcase with a name, address and phone number of a real family on it?
