In the scene on the boat, where Dr. Walker wakes up and does not know where he is, and asks a woman who is walking by how he got there - is this Raffaella Offidani (from Castle Freak)? We only see her a few seconds but she looks a lot like her.

Watch Castle Freak, or better yet Spiando Marina or The Voyeur (if you can find them), and you'll see the resemblance. She's made up differently in Castle Freak, so in the other two she looks even more like the woman on the boat.
I think it's within the realm of possibility because not only does Polanski typically use good looking women in his movies, he is also in the right part of the world. This is a French film, and Raffaella Offidani is in mainly French and Italian films (pornos mostly). He couldn've had her do a walk-on uncredited part, just to have another great looking woman in the film.

Not sure who she is, but you can tell she has an INCREDIBLE rack beneath that shift!
(Also like the scene right after where he approaches the rehearsing band. If you freeze the DVD it looks like confused guy singing with the band).
