Why'd Michelle Pepper Spray Harrison Ford?

I understand why she pepper sprayed those cops, but I dont really know why she pepper sprayed Harrison Ford.

They were all on the floor together. And pepper spray comes out in a stream where she was using mace. Mace is an areosol
