You think thats a dumb title? Try the original Mighty Ducks film. Over here in the UK it's called "The Mighty Ducks are the champions". That pretty much gives away everything.

Of course Earnest saves Christmas. How else would you expect the movie to end??

Not exactly. I didn't know before i saw the movie that the plot was Ernest helping Santa Claus find his replacement.
