Will we ever get an HD transfer? Some extras?

I recall a special edition released was planned years ago but NBC was like nahhhh....

You'd think in the age with companies like Shout Factory doing so many great HD transfers and special editions that maybe we'd see this flick get the treatment.

Same with Haunted Hills.... At least a HD remaster since it got a recent special edition DVD.

Then again the Movie True Lies never got an official HD release and was only released as a barebone non-anamorphic widescreen DVD....

Worst flicks even get the HD treatment with a ton of extras....

Crazy....

The only extras we got for Mistress Of The Dark was a behind the scenes thing on one of the VHS releases.

It's coming in a special limited edition blu-ray late this year...limited to 3000 copies.

Yes, it is confirmed. Cinespectral Films is releasing a region free Limited Edition of 3,000. They are out of Germany and will ship worldwide. It will be ready to Pre-Order any day now with a release date in December. It's gonna be quite the edition with many special features (including new interviews) and a brand new remaster.
