Specific Dialogue I thought I heard a long time ago..

Now, I just watched this movie a few days ago and I swore(some previous point years ago) that Michael Caine's character, at some point, had said something about selling "class" to people. That it's about selling people an experience and feeling like they can have class. I never heard it in the movie as I watched it recently. I could have sworn it was Michael Caine and that it was this movie. Can anyone help me achieve clarity on this?

The part where he's explaining to Martin's character that he used to do things he was untalented at, but he always had class and style. It's soon after he agrees to take Martin under his wing.
