Assuming he's only got his PP7 and no M16 tech, I'd say about the same. He is better unarmed than Mclane so there that advantage.

After every kill Bond would have to adjust his tie and dust off his suit and 1 out of 5 kills would be followed by a cheesy one liner. There would be a moment when Bond is captured so Hans can have his villain monologue and Bond can verbally spar with him. Then they would play a silly game like cards, blackjack or rullete with lasers just so Bond can prove he can beat Hans in any game. Hans Gruber would have to have a sexy woman in the building just so Bond can fuck her and cuck Hans. Then instead of killing captured Bond, Hans Gruber would leave him tied to some c4 leaving enough time for Bond to escape. The ending can pretty much be the same instead of shooting Hans, Bond will say something like : "Your time is up" and throw an exploding watch at Hans followed by a quick tie adjustment while watching Hans fall and a one liner.
