How long did it take to win Jordan back after she left him on the island? When she was dancing at their wedding, her stomach was still flat.

It just seems to me that her tipping food all over him, having a relationship with the older woman, Coughlin dying, winning her back, planning a wedding then actually getting married would take some time and her stomach would have grown by the time it got to their big day.

No, she's huge at the very end when we see "Cocktails and Dreams". That scene takes place many months after the wedding.

The wedding wouldn't have taken much btw. They probably more or less eloped. She was pretty much disowned by her family and all he had for family was his uncle.
