Kindof a dissapointment..

I remember alot of people telling me that this movie scared them to death, but I'm just wondering what the big deal is, other than a few creepy moments this movie is nothing to write home about. The only part that seemed scary in any way to me was near the begining of the film where Casey got scared by the clown in the circus...the innocent clown looked way scarier than the actual villain.
And what happened to the music in the trailer, it was way better than the music in the movie.

I know it's a matter of opinion, but I dont see how clowns can be scary if they're just shown running around like morons.

I found the movie a little better after rewatching it a few weeks ago, I think the one thing that really brings it down is the music. The chase scenes are so over the top with it and it spoiled the mildly creepy atmosphere. One funny scene that I missed on my first watch was when the fat clown got pushed out the window...by two little kids, Haha. That part had me rolling.

The clown at the start in the circus tent led on a creepy vibe, unfortunately the killer clowns were laughable and dumb watching them lurk around a house got a bit tiresome.

Good concept, poorly executed. I was disappointed.
