A: It was already released on DVD, but it's pretty hard to find. Some say it's because of the Victor Salva/Nathan Forrest Winters sexual scandal that took place during the making of this movie.

A: Some people say the loonies were drawn to the house by Casey's fear. I think it's more simple. Every man has to face his fears one day, like the ending of the movie states. It was just time for Casey to face his own. I think it was just a coincidence the clowns stopped by Casey's home. Maybe it was the closest house to the circus. The blinking light upstairs caught their attention. Who knows how a psychopath's mind works.
