Help With an Horror-B movie from 80's

I´m trying to search the title of a horror movie i saw,back in the time Child´s play 88'were i used to rent films.I saw,that movie many years ago;about 88';89'(more or less,and I was very young back then in that time).
I remember the way it started and ended.And the two main caracthers that was a young blond girl and her doll(some kind of dummy).I rembeber the beginning scene that the father tells her daughter(that blond girl) that if it wasn´t her anniversary he´ll punisher,and we see, that she kill her cat(white cat) with a scissor.(this was at the beginning).
Then i remember in a apartement,we see 2 people(some kind of reporters), hearing some records of a haunted house,they go there to find out what´s happened.Ok,then the same thing from great part of horror films,when they reach to there,some old people say that,the house they want to enter is haunted,and a young girl died there many years ago.
The film basically,occurs in the house,we see a group of people trying to find out the mysterious inside the house.(that they heard on the tapes,I presume).
We then can see, the killer in that house,is the Doll that the young girl had at the beginning of the film.
I remember also that when the doll was to kill someone the expression of the doll changed,to kind of an evil face,with different teeths,eyes,etc.

The final scene, I also remember,that was the doll on a shop window,and when a girl passes the street she´s caught by a bus,and then we can see, the doll´s face expression again when he do the victims(we presume that it was the doll who killed her).
Disturbed at that time i saw,but a great horror b-movie from the 80´s,but after that times,i never more saw the film or nothing related to it,even on Internet or Tv.(that´s why I presume it is a B-movie).
I´ve written this post to see if anyone of you guys with all this information I could provide from the film,can help me with the title of the same.
