I opened my DVD today

Had it brand new sitting in my closet & was in the mood for an 80s style horror...I kinda regret it due the discontinued/rare nature of the dvd. For what it's worth I did enjoy the movie despite its checkered reputation...but I feel I shoulda done my research before opening this DVD!

You should have a funeral for the cellophane wrapping that once enveloped it...

A sealed one is probably worth a pretty penny, but the thing is, who's gonna buy it? I saw a copy of it at a used DVD shop today in the glass case— first time I've ever seen a physical copy— $72. As much as I want to see this film, that is ludicrous. I am a nut about horror DVDs and have an obsession with rare/hard to find titles, but I can't bring myself to pay that much for a film that I've never seen and may not even enjoy that much. I bought the Anchor Bay release of "Hell Night" instead, used for 20 bucks. THAT is reasonable.

I can't believe this movie is worth that much, I just watched it last night and it was shocking.
