does anyone know what exact locations in Delco this was filmed? I know the area well and would like to check the places for myself.

Actually it's not the same theater, the theater used in C&S was at 1025 W. Moyamensing Avenue, Philadelphia, PA and is now demolished. It took me a little while to find it on Cinematreasures.com.
