I've been on a major Childs Play kick lately and would love to see a prequel. See the life of Charles Lee Ray before he became the Lakeshore Strangler up to the night of what happened at the toy store.

I'd like to see it be revealed that Chucky killed Andy's dad, but it was never connected to the Lakeshore Strangler.

They did a bit of that in Curse of Chucky, which was easily the best part of the movie.

I don't think you could do a prequel since any prequel would obviously not involve Chucky the doll, which is the major selling point of the series.
