I Can't Believe This Movie Is 25 Years Old?!

I consider "Bull Durham" to be the BEST (!!!) sports movie, of all time!!! I've seen it dozens of times. I know the dialogue by heart. Susan Sarandon's "Annie Savoy" rates up there with Vivien Leigh's "Scarlett O'Hara."
Top-notch! Top-of-the-line! I can't believe Susan DIDN'T get an Oscar for this!

Great movie! And my all-time favorite baseball film! And it still holds up perfectly today with so many lines to quote from.

It's true that I never read responses.

You know who else hold up well? Kevin Costner and Susan Sarandon. I saw Kevin Costner deliver a eulogy to Whitney Houston, and have seen recent photographs of Susan Sarandon, and they BOTH look great! I'm not a fan of sequels, but from a selfish point of view, I'd like to see 'em do a sequel to "Bull Durham."
Just to catch faithful fans of this masterpiece of a movie up to date on WHAT "Crash" and "Annie" have been up to, for the past quarter century! It's gotta' be a doozy of a script, though!!!

Neither can I, especially since that means I graduated high school 24 years ago! Seriously, I love everything about this movie. I lived in the Triangle for a few years, so I've been to Mitch's Tavern and both the DAP and newer DBAP. Lastly, my boyfriend and I have taken some inspiration from Crash and Annie.
