Yeah I never quite understood what his purpose was. I mean, according to Dog Boy's frustration in the beginning, he was supposed to protect the quick, but I never saw him (or any other chain spinny guy) do that. Unless, of course, the 2 CS guys always got tangled in each other's chains in the beginning of a battle, so they never quite managed to get to their respective quicks.
But hey, he did draw the attention of the league!...
