Way better than I could've thought!

I've never really fully seen the original Blob movie (will do eventually) and have been aware of this remake for ages but just haven't got myself to sit down and watch it. As it's October I wanted to watch a horror movie I've never seen thinking "The Blob 1988.. Meh bit of a dumb fun horror why not!" Completely not expecting it to be that good / scary / tense and overall ridiculously fun! Really impressed and wished I'd watched it sooner! This movie also takes a few risky chances you're not expecting, well creepy!



It didn't take itself too seriously. They also killed off a lot of good characters pretty early, who may have been possible heroes. They even just about did the unheard of, by killing off a little kid, which was kind of brave. Cheesy certainly, but quite possibly worth a look if you're in the right mood.🐭
