Things I Miss/Missed
Just caught this on FLIX and realize this movie captures some parts of New York City I'll never see again:
The Plaza is gone, so is FAO Schwartz.
Haven't seen women wearing running shoes to work just for a couple of decades now.
(Also, I just got the Fire Island joke. When I was in school, never knew it as a gay haven.)
When I see this movie, I miss both the classic humor and the tines gone by...
