Chicago
Can anyone tell me why does "Gary" call Chicago, Sicago? (Excuse the spelling)
Thanks
Probably because he thinks people in Chicago are sick and depraved, thus "Sickago"
sharemaybe it's zicago, using z from zionist, because gary thinks the jews rule (or try to rule) the USA...at some point in the movie (don't know exactly when), gary talks about the "zionist occupation force" and abbreviates this to one word (not sure if it's really ZOF, because i saw only the german version)
and at some other point, gary and his friends make plans to kill some blacks in harlem, some gays in san francisco (while being disguised as policemen) and blow up some jewish bankers in chicago....i'm also not quite sure about this, but if i remember that right, than it would make sense for gary calling chicago zicago
Something like that. I think its a general slant on the city which is the center of finance and commerce and also has a large black and jewish population. It is also a major centeral of liberalism (in spite of its right-wing democrat mayor). Hence "sickago"
shareAlso, the radio host in the beginning (that they later killed) referred to Chicago as Sickago.
