The replacement juror: "Lydia" from "Runaway Jury". Does anyone else think this characters clothing and style is a bit like "Lydia Deetz". Wonder if that was a nod to someone who worked on "Beetlejuice", or if im super bored and doing some serious over analyzing?? Any thoughts??

I have wondered that ever since I saw Runaway Jury. Suddenly there is someone with that not particularly common name. I perked right up because I used to watch the Beetlejuice cartoon so the name was very familiar. I waited for some kind of explanation/connection as the movie progressed but nope. Nothing.
I even wrote a letter to the TV magazine I used to get - because they had a small section for subscriber questions. They printed my question - but only to reply they didn't know either.
My brother and I LOVED beetlejuice. I was born in '83, he was '84. We must've watched that VHS 700 times. I noticed it immediately. It was strange, is all

Her name in Runaway Jury is Lydia Deets, so I am thinking it has to be an in-joke.
