on the day that hilary collapses it shows hilary taking victoria to school and her going to work and then it flashes to cc coming home at bnight then goes back to hilary at work has anyone noticed that?

Actually, I don't think it's supposed to be the same day. She is wearing something different in the scene where she takes Victoria to school and the one where she collapses. In between, we see CC going into her apartment. We also hear that she has won the Tony. I think it is to juxtapose CC's renewed success and Hillary's coming health crisis.
shareCorrect. Just aired on Cable and I noticed far more that in the scene when the two are coming out of the store and the baby carriage roles down the hill, it's clear that doubles were used in the scene.
The same was true when they are driving to the beach in the convertible with the ocean in the background.
Gary Marshall was known for doing this in his films until it sparked controversy after Pretty Woman was released and it was discovered that a double was used is several scenes.
I've never noticed this. I will have to watch the movie again soon.
