Mine arrived yesterday, the full theatrical release (the infamous armpit-sniffing scene is there), and I really enjoyed hearing Martin Donovan's commentary.
What a fabulous film.

shareThere is nother version floating around. Don't be fooled. The real one states "Special edition. Full theatrical version" That's the one and it's superb. The commentary by Martin Donovan is real joy.
shareOne of my favourite movies. Why doesn't Colin Firth do these kinds of roles anymore. Once saw him do Desire Under the Elms on stage, he was brilliant. Love Hart Bochner, Why he didn't go on to be a superstar is beyond me. Can't wait to get the DVD as I have a very old VHS copy. PS I once showed this film to my first year uni film studies students and they freaked.
