Who is it REALLY???

1. The Mayor LOOKS like "Rowan Atkinson", who is familiar as "Mr. Bean", but the credits read "Abraham Alvarez". Is there an explanation for this?

2. What does "S. I. D." stand for?

3. Here are FEW characteristics of the Tenctonese, also called "Newcomers", or WORSE, "Slags":

a.) They have 2 hearts
b.) To stun one you hit them in the "Nerve Plexus" (under the arm).
c.) Salt water acts as battery acid to their skin.
d.) They get drunk on sour milk.
e.) They can only eat certain kinds of raw meat. George eats beaver and explains that their bodies do not assimilate the nutrients if the food has been cooked.
f.) Methane Gas doesn't affect them.
g.) If they overdose on ja-bru-kha, they appear to be dead, but actually are in some sort of catatonic state, from which they emerge changed physically and very dangerous.
h.) Every newcomer is genetically typed from birth for tracking purposes.
i.) The newcomers on board the ship that crashed were genetically engineered as slave laborers.
