Deleted Scenes

I really wish they had been put on the DVD. I don't know how many there would have been but at least one.
The scene where Harcourt drinks the goo and goes comatose, Sykes walks back to George with the case then it cuts to a big crime scene scenario with George & Sykes talking, Sykes is a tad out of it. The missing piece was Rudyard Kipling escaping the cop car before it exploded and attacking Sykes on his way back to George, whipping his ass and about to finish him off when George uses the big handgun to blast Kipling to death.
Shame it seems lost as its not online either and Rudyard Kipling was a great bad guy that warranted that death scene especially since he killed Sykes partner at the start of the movie.

Anyone agree or know of any other cut scenes? Or even if I can find these scenes online.
