Don't eat beaver. Beavers eat a water plant that's poisonous to humans.
Trappers that worked for the Hudson Bay Company found out that hard way. Most of their trappers were dying. They had no idea why. Trappers would skin beavers and then eat them. Then they would die in a few weeks.
Actually my comment on "Raw beaver meat" was just a poor attempt at a sexual euphemism .
