Blu Ray availability

Anyone know when the Blu Ray is going to be available here in the USA? Right now I'm only seeing it in region B, which is Australia.

They also forgot to add English subtitles for the alien language parts in the Australian bluray. There will probably (hopefully) be a recall.

Actually....when they show the movie on TV they don't show subtitles either, I guess to make us-the viewer-and any human characters observing, wonder what the hell they're talking about. I remember subtitles when I saw it in the theater, and maybe on VHS, but that's about it.

The Aussie release is currently the only one, and like many older titles with low demand, it may not ever be. The good news is that it's actually a region-free release even though it's listed as B on the cover, and the a/v quality is fairly good. The bad news is that there are no subs for the alien language parts and no supplemental features at all.
