Best scenes
By 'Best', I mean anything that sticks in your head. It could be happy, sad, scary, or whatever.
Personally, one of the best scenes, for me, is when Tetsuo is in the hospital, and the toys all start coming to life. Honestly, that feels like something right out of a nightmare. Toys and games, such friendly things, suddenly turning evil and mutated. It's kinda basic, but to me, it's really burned into my mind.
Of course the finale doesn't even need to be mentioned as another of the best scenes, it's just that it's such an obvious choice I figured to go for my second choice.
