Same director + much of same cast as Code of Silence.

Has anyone else noticed that the Chuck Norris film Code of Silence has several members of the cast from Above the Law? Even the main villain is the same.

Yeah, Andrew Davis has/had a regular group of Chicago actors he'd stick in small roles whenever he could. You'll see a lot of the same faces in 'Under Siege,' 'The Fugitive,' and 'The Package' as well.

The musical score is the same since it is the directors brother.

David Michael Frank did the score for both.

How can he be the brother of Andrew Davis???

Brothers - especially in an industry where people often have "stage names" - can't have different surnames??
