So annoying that this doesn't work in Europe.

There's a variety different ways, I imagine. There's all sorts of stream-site downloaders for downloading videos from YouTube or other streaming sites. AOL might be different, though. Anyway, if anyone's interested, I use Orbit video to download YouTube videos and it works fine. If it's possible, please get some Superboy eps from AOL and post them onto YouTube.
Alternatively, you could go really primitive and just use screen capture software and record the episode as you watch it. The quality probably wouldn't be very good, though.

Okay, well that just isn't true.
There is a very fair argument in saying that this show 'sucks balls' although I wouldn't say so in so many words.
It's cheesy, hokey, the special effects are really shoddy and Gerard Christopher looks, sounds and is ridiculous as the character. The writing is so all over the place, it's as though the show couldn't decide what its target audience was so it jumps from trying to be Power Rangers to trying to be NYPD Blue. It's really, really ridiculous.
There are a fair few episodes of Superboy that are fun in a kitschy sense (any time Bizarro shows up) as well as some that are genuinely interesting (like Mine Games), but if I wasn't already a huge fan of Superman, I'd laugh at this show. I can't for the life of me understand why there's such a contingent of fans who believe this to be 'the best Superman show ever' when there are so many episodes of it that border on unwatchable.
Lois & Clark is the best Superman show as it not only updates Superman, but it examines him from a human perspective and he actually develops throughout the course of the show (character development was like a bad word on Superboy; the characters were basically cartoons).
No, this show was excellent. It was the best TV version of Superman to date, and one of the best screen Superman yet.
