It's driving me nuts.
I could swear there was a episode with a doctor fate looking guy but it's been a bazillion years since I've seen it and I could be getting my stuff mixed up.

He uses a machine to infuse himself with microwave radiation and give himself super powers to be more like Superboy. He wears a really cheesy pink and yellow costume, but he does have a yellow rubber mask, that I guess resembles Fate's hlmet.
