What season/episode was it where Dan and Roseanne flashed the old neighbors?

"Rear Window" Season 7, Episode 13. (I think only Roseanne flashed them).

yup. Dan was behind the couch (and ducked his head?) when she ripped open her shirt and said "Oh yeah? What color are my eyes!?"

the older couple freaked out, offended,"We're going to tell all the neighbors about you!"
"Too late! They already know!"

It just occurred to me that Roseanne had a habit of flashing the neighbors - remember when she (inadvertently) flashed Ty Tilden?

yeah, but that was on a dare. and that was TWO times across 200+ eps.
