Jerry born on Halloween

If the show would've done another actual Halloween episode instead of Satan Darling, what do you think they would've done given they have to do Halloween AND Jerry's birthday?

People ARE born on holidays. Including Leap Day. I overheard someone at plasma the other day give his as Feb 28, (Leap Year), so he JUST missed that "lucky day".

My aunt was born on Hallowe'en. she would come home from school, have cake with a couple girlfriends over, then go trick or treat (or what passed for it in 40s), come home and go to bed.

A classmate was born on xmas, and another aunt just missed xmas by hour and half with her third kid. Neither makes a big deal out of it, as anyone born in back half of December knows that particular holiday pretty much overshadows everything else.

I know a couple people who just missed either side of New Years, and firstborn occasionally gets Memorial Day. Hell, I turned 18 the day after I graduated HS. Not a big whoop, and my parents just rolled everything into one "party" for graduation, not that I ever had anything more than grandparents over while they were still alive, and I was usually talked into bbq, as dad's paycheck couldn't cover having two birthdays less than two weeks apart.

Where did you get the idea that OP was insinuating that people can't be born on holidays? 

OP wasn't saying it was ridiculous that Jerry was born on Halloween, just pointing out that another Halloween episode would also have to be celebrating Jerry's first birthday.

Exactly, thank you, I didn't expect there to be a failure to communicate in this. I was born near Halloween, so every birthday there was always something Halloween themed, presents or how the cake was decorated, I can just imagine what it would've been like if I'd actually been born on the day, as was originally predicted. And as far out as Roseanne went for every Halloween, she would probably make Jerry's birthdays Halloween themed too, and those would always be something to remember.

I could see he throwing a kid's Halloween/birthday party the weekend before Halloween or the day of Halloween if it did fall on the weekend. That would leave Halloween night free for her to go extra nuts to make up for the kid's party.
