- Well, have another shot of pancake, Roseanne!

- No, I was drunk before she came over.

- Mom, I'm pregnant. I went out with a guy I hardly knew, we had sex for HOURS and I got pregnant. I'm not gonna marry him, and if it's a girl, I'm going to call her Gidget.

- So basically, the food is in the refrigerator?

- Ain't it great, Roseanne? (after Becky asks for birth control pills.

- Well, Mom's not here!

- Well, why don't you climb in there and weigh it?

Then there's the scene where she's explaining to the kids why Roseanne is heavy.

There are a lot of good ones, but the first two that come to mind:

- When she's pregnant and Roseanne is trying to get her to eat a saltine cracker, and she resists it, but Roseanne keeps pushing, so she shoves the whole cracker into her mouth with crumbs going everywhere.

- Talking to Roseanne "This isn't you, it's me. And there's a real easy way to tell us apart. You. Me. YOU! ME!" With the hand motions.

Jackie: I wish we could all be like you, Roseanne. A perfectly happy couple who each weighs 500 POUNDS!!!

I think she is the greatest physical comedian of her generation. The things she could do with her expressions were second to none.

As for the moments that come to mind

I too loved when she said "isn't it great" to Roseanne after Becky asks for birth control.

The second was when they found the old weed and all were high and Dan/Roseanne are talking in the bathroom and all of a sudden you hear Jackie talking in the bathtub. One of the best scenes in the whole show's run.

After Roseanne, Dan, and Jackie catch Darlene making out on the couch with that one kid, Jackie tries to tell a story to Dan to try and ease the tension and make him go easier on Darlene. But Rosesanne tries to interrupt her and Jackie INSISTS on continuing the story, until she turns around and sees Dan silently fuming. Her face always cracks me up. 

Talking to the therapist played by Ellen "But this this...mans calm demeanor...sitting on the couch with his legs crossed, wearing this shirt CRAP, when anyone can see the man is seething with rage!!!!!" (or something to that effect)

Dancing with the dance instructor (Tony Curtis) trying to look all sexy.

David trying to unplug Jackie from the Internet..."Don't take it from me now, Man!!!"

Oh I could go on and on.
