TLOTA: Top 10 movies I want to see MST3K riff

Off the top of my head there are only two movies I would like to see them riff and sadly I don't know either title. Please tell me if you recognize either of these films.
About two decades ago I saw an HBO film where VR is in common use. An ex solider is now a cop and he's tasked with being bodyguard of some famous starlet. Without the VR angle the film would be unremarkable but I remember something specific, in this future soldiers were given drugs (and the drug was called Hellraiser) and the guy was battling addiction to it.
Then there's another film from 25 years ago that was on Disney channel about a bunch of teenagers who had an arcade in their basement and guided a live-action avatar through decision points. Anything they needed him to do between decision points would be represented by a different arcade game. For example if they needed the avatar to drive a motorcycle, one of them would play Sega's "Hang On"
I've asked IMDB about this and I still can't figure it out. As for a film they could do which I do know the title...and I actually love this movie they could riff "Brainscan"
